Appointment and Cancellation Policies:

We require 24-hours notice to cancel an appointment without charge. No shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full rate of the treatment or service booked. We strongly recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are late for your appointment your treatment time will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled client. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the forfeiture of your appointment. Thank you for understanding.
